- I earned my GRI (which means Graduate, REALTORⓇ Institute). This title required 90 hours of class work meant to elevate real estate professionals to higher standards in this business.

01. What’s your background before getting into real estate?
EMPATHY: I actually care about what’s best for my clients. I have taken less money a few times to get a deal done because I would rather my clients get their dream house than me earn an extra thousand or so dollars. I will always tell my clients my honest opinion on the pricing of a home, and I’ll always provide comparable home sales data on a house before we even write an offer. It is essential that my clients feel confident in their decisions.
INDIVIDUALIZED: When you work with me, you actually work with me. Not a transaction coordinator. Not another team member. Me. I’ve created systems in my business practice to ensure each client feels like they’re my only client, both at the beginning of our relationship and after we close.
05. What makes you different from other real estate agents?
