First off, I know this is a big decision. In fact, it might be the biggest financial decision you’ve ever made up to this point. I know that can be both exciting and nerve-wracking!
Please know that I understand the weight of this decision, and I don’t take it lightly.
Whew. Okay–now that we’ve gotten the heaviness out of the way, I want you to know that I want to make this as fun as possible because, after all, you’re getting a house you get to call your own. That’s worth celebrating!
…There’s just a few things we need to do to get there. :)
Because there are many elements involved in a real estate transaction, such as pre-approval letters, inspections, and appraisals, just to name a few.
We’ll also be communicating with a few different people along the way, such as your lender, the inspector, the title company, and the listing agent.
Not to worry, though, because I’ve done this many times before, and I know how to coordinate all of it so that you have as seamless of an experience as possible.
The first step is getting yourself pre-approved to buy a house. I explain more about this step HERE.
The second step is scheduling a sit-down meeting with me to go over your goals and a roadmap of the entire home-buying process, start to finish.
